Hi Beautiful People and Seiko lovers.
My father has asked me to sell an old Seiko of his which isn't getting the wrist time love it deserves.
Can anyone help me identify the model / reference of this one...
Its 42mm
Automatic
Day Date
Fixed Bezel
Serial on caseback: 4R36-04H0

Thanks so much for your time and help. MarceloIMG_2901 (1).jpgIMG_2902 (1).jpg

4R36-04H0 is the model number, not the serial number. You answered your own question. The serial number is located where your thumb is in your photo. Looks like a modern reference. Nice watch.

AH! Thanks so much for the reply.
6D0002 is the number that my thumb covers.
Wouldn't a watch like this have a model / reference number like SRP or SARB or SARX or SNE (and so on)..?

Just Google the reference number: 4R36-04H0. You'll find many exact matches.

Thats a not an "odd" serial number, that's how they always go. 6D0002: The 6 refers to the year (this case, likely 2006 or 2016), the next character refers to the month it was produced (D for December since it cant be listed as a '12' ).
